Iva Buschmann | Founder & Director

Iva is a leadership strategist and trusted thinking partner to senior executives. She’s ICF certified and has lived and worked across 8 ountries over 25+ years, including Nigeria, the U.S., Germany, Malaysia, Japan, Australia, China, and the Czech Republic. She built and exited two ventures - Pierstone, a boutique law firm, and D3A, a capital advisory firm. One successfully, and one that taught her more than a win ever could. She led remote global teams long before it became standard practice, and today works primarily with senior leaders across Asia and Europe, supporting them in high-stakes

decisions, leadership recalibration, and strategic clarity. Iva trained under Marshall Goldsmith (Top 100 Executive Coaches, Thinkers50 Hall of Fame) and Professor Philippe Rosinski (pioneer of intercultural team coaching), and is part of the Solutions Academy global faculty network.
